Walla Walla Wine Tasting 2013

This last spring I catered a wine tasting trip to Walla Walla Washington.  Craig, my partner, sets up a trip to Eastern Washington each year for wine tasting.  He has asked me to cater these events, so that the attendees do not have to go find food, and waste time at a restaurant.  So I put together box lunches to enjoy on the picnic tables of one of the wineries we visit, or in between the visits.

Each year I have developed lunches that are easy to pack and go well with wine, so that they are enjoyed by all the attendees. 

Here are this years lunches.....






Day 1, We had an Asian theme, Turkey Wraps,
Asian Bow Tie Pasta and
Tea Flavored Hand Rolled Truffles.














Day 2, was a California Chicken Sandwich with Caprese Salad and Tiramisu for dessert



Day 3, We finished the trip off with a Picnic Lunch, complete with a Fresh Butter and Turkey Baguette, Greek Orzo Salad and a Fresh Cookie
